The Kansas City Barbecue Society will be hosting a class that will teach you how to judge barbecue on taste, texture and appearance. Instructed by Ron Harwell, the class will take place on January 22 at the Semmes Recreation and Community Center. Santa Fe College Boots ‘n BBQ Cook-Off

The third annual Santa Fe College Boots ‘n BBQ Cook-Off will be taking place on February 10-12. The Florida Bar-B-Que Association State Championship will also be a Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue qualifier event. More than 70 talented teams will put their skills and barbecue recipes to the test and serve up lots of delicious barbecue for attendees. The fundraiser will also include fun family activities and live musical performances. Barbecue lovers may find out more about popular grills and accessories.

Wildomar New Year’s BBQ Contest
