Barbecue aficionados may have a chance to get one of their recipes on a restaurant’s menu. Back Alley Blues and BBQ, a restaurant opening in Tulsa next spring, is holding a three-month series of monthly cook-offs where the best barbecue recipes may be selected for the restaurant’s menu. Known as Back Alley’s “Side Search”, the contest aims to bring the community together and raise money for The American Heart Association. This is a great opportunity to experiment with barbecue sauces and rubs and come up with your best dish yet.
