Viking ReviewThe Viking Range Corporation is based out of Greenville, Mississippi. It was founded by a forth generation builder named Fred Carl Jr. Fred Carl Jr.'s inspired idea was to provide commercial quality ranges for the individual, domestic home. The heavy-duty classic kitchen range found in restaurant kitchens appealed to Carl and he decided to fill a niche in the market place. In 1990 Viking began manufacturing its own product line in Greenwood and by late 1990 they went into production. Today you can find Viking products in over 80 countries and their reputation is as sturdy as their ranges and grills. Vikings Grills legendary quality comes at a price. They are definitely high end grills, reviewed as expensive to buy and expensive to maintain from the low end to the high end but well worth the quality. One customer describes the Viking 53’ high end Gas Grill, as all a person could need with 150,000 BTU’s and a rotisserie that can truly handle a lot of weight. The Viking 30’ is reviewed as a smaller grill for smaller custom enclosures and built with excellent quality. Viking is known as a company with a commitment to the planet - using energy efficient technology - a commitment to their employees and their community.
